With a great deck, lake view and grill, this is a favorite for friends and family who want to have their own private unit, but be able to hang out together on the large deck. If you don't know the person in the other townhouse, there is an awning that comes down and separates the deck for privacy. Townhouse East is also a unit that allows pets with management approval!
